To settle your invoice
Congratulations on successfully winning your Flight Delay compensation claim against the airline.
By now you should have received your invoice, this will include your Invoice Number which you will need to process your payment, so keep this handy.
Enter the Total Amount as shown on your invoice into the box labelled Enter Invoice Amount and press the Go To Payment button to proceed, this will take you to the payment processing page.
When payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge safe receipt of your Fee. Following this you will receive an additional email, generally within 1 working day, to confirm your account has been settled in full or advise of any outstanding balance.
